When you make a glass order from Personalization Factory the name/word(s) that you submit on the order form will be hand-written on a drinking glass in special ink that, when baked on glass surfaces, becomes permanent. The glasses are hand wash or dishwasher safe. In our current inventory we have tall and medium tumblers, Jr. glasses and shot glasses which make darling “training cups” for babies. If you want a special kind of glass or cup, we will be happy to try to fill special requests. (There may be an extra cost depending on the base cost of the item. Items not in current inventory may add extra processing time.)
Once you submit your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and asking you to double check it (especially for spelling). A total price will be quoted in the confirmation e-mail. We send an e-mailed invoic though Pay Pal or Google Checkout (your choice). Orders are normally shipped in 2 weeks or less once payment is complete.
We recommend ordering sets together since there are limited glasses in stock and may not be able to match a set later. In our family we have glasses for each member of our family along with glasses that say “friend, guest, visitor, amigo and amiga” etc. Some have ordered sets for extended family, another for the employees of a large company so their office could reduce paper cup waste. It is a fun idea for a group gift with all the names from a group are on it.

We are happy to create special orders on any kind of glass that can be heated to 325 degree f. Let us know what you have in mind and we’ll “go shopping” for you. Design Options and Pricing
One color name option: Choose a lettering color ink (see chart below). All font options are available with the exception of “big”. Designer initial letter (which includes a second dot color) with other font options for the rest of the name is also available at this price point.

Three-color design option: Start with a lettering color ink (see chart below) for the name. In addition choose 2 more colors for design elements (see slide show for ideas). Design color inks (see chart below) have a translucent quality… any of the colors can be used for the design part of your glass.

Premium designs option: may have 4 or more colors. The font “big” and other more intricate design features or extra writing qualify as premium designs. Our “group gift” design is an example of this category as do designs that go all around the cup/glass. Design color ink (see chart below_ could be used along with a drop shadow.

If you live in the Kansas City area we can arrange hand delivery or pick-up. For those outside the Kansas City Metro shipping will be added to your order.
Shipping and handling estimates: $13 for 1-2 glasses, $16 for 3-5 glasses, $19 for 6-10 glasses, $21 for 11-15 glasses. $24 for 15-20. Over 20 glasses will require a custom quote. These charges are for within the 48 contiguous states in the USA. (Alaska, Hawaii and international will be quoted at time of order)
